Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Market Research and Demand Generation

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify high-potential regions and hotels for onboarding.
  • Drive demand generation strategies to attract hotel owners to the platform.
  • Analyze trends and competitor activity to strategically position Zolostays offerings in key destinations.
  • Build a comprehensive database of hotel owners and potential leads in target markets.

Onboarding New Hotels

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new hotels and other vacation assets to the Zolostays platform.
  • Establish relationships with hotel owners, property managers, and key decision-makers to discuss business opportunities.
  • Articulate the value proposition of Zolostays platform to potential partners and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
  • Work closely with internal teams to facilitate onboarding, property listings, and integration.

Networking and Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain a robust network of key contacts in the hospitality industry (hotels, property managers, etc.).
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for partners and foster long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetups to identify new leads and opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with existing partners to drive retention, satisfaction, and repeat business.

Sales and Negotiation

  • Lead sales efforts and negotiations with hotel owners to onboard them to the platform.
  • Develop customized proposals and presentations to win new business.
  • Understand the pricing models and market dynamics to effectively negotiate terms with hotel owners.
  • Ensure agreements meet Zolostays strategic goals and are mutually beneficial for both Zolostays and the hotel owners.

Growth and Revenue Targets

  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual growth and revenue targets for onboarding new hotels to the platform.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for increasing bookings on onboarded hotels.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize the onboarding process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Performance Tracking and Reporting

  • Track and report on key performance metrics related to the onboarding process, including the number of hotels onboarded, revenue growth, and partner satisfaction.
  • Provide insights and feedback to leadership on the performance of the growth initiatives and market trends.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Product teams to align on business strategies, optimize onboarding processes, and ensure smooth execution.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Support and Operations teams to ensure high-quality experiences for hotel owners and guests.
