Job Summary:
This role would require an experienced tax professional with a comprehensive knowledge of the GST law.
Following would be the key responsibilities:
1. Representation before GST authorities for assessments and audits
2. Respond to queries/notices issued by the GST authorities.
3. Liaison between the consultants efficiently to ensure proper representation of the tax matters.
4. Assist in identifying potential tax risks.
5. Manage routine queries from the GST authorities and ensure timely and effective responses.
Key requirements would be as follows:
- Proper - understanding and in-depth knowledge of the GST law
- Good communication and drafting skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
