Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

We're looking for a results-driven Senior Relationship Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for converting the provided or generated new leads into sales and achieving the given targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Sales:
- Generate new leads through referrals and self-sourcing
- Convert the provided or generated new leads into sales to achieve the given targets
- Plan field activities to broaden the lead funnel
2. Sales Process Adherence:
- Maintain accurate lead and sales trackers
- Use digital tools to streamline sales processes
3. Customer Experience:
- Build product awareness and understanding
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Ensure regular follow-ups to build strong customer relationships
4. Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to company and regulatory guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum graduation
- Age: Up to 38 years and below
- Local candidate with a strong social network
- Willingness to work in field sales and travel

Compensation:

- Total Fixed Cost: 2.50 to 5.00 Lacs per Annum
- Variable component (performance-based incentives)
