Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled IT Infrastructure & Systems Manager to lead and support our organization s IT operations. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical depth with people skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about driving service excellence.
- Manage day-to-day IT operations including:
- Network & System Administration: Firewalls, Active Directory, Antivirus, Wi-Fi, VPN
- Hardware & Software: Desktops, laptops, printers, VoIP, CCTV, biometric systems
- Cloud & Licensing: Office 365, email systems, subscription/license management
- Connectivity: Internet service providers (ISP) and telephony
- Lead vendor management and oversee IT infrastructure projects
- Ensure alignment with ISMS and ISO 27001 security standards
- Support users with empathy and a preventive approach
- Optional: Manage and plan IT budgets
- Guide and support a small IT team while reporting to senior management
- Experience: 7 to 10 years in IT infrastructure and systems management
- Industry Background: BPO or KPO experience preferred
- Education: BE/BTech or equivalent hands-on experience
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, self-starter with a service-first mindset
- All-rounder with a responsible and solutions-oriented attitude
