Job Description
Skills and Qualifications:Technical Expertise:Strong technical background in mechanical or electrical.
In-depth understanding of AWG technology, water generation systems, HVAC, and electrical components.
Experience in onsite project execution and after service.
Handled logistics operations and in-depth knowledge of managing the export and import, purchase orders, and coordination with the freight forwarders.Problem-Solving Skills:
Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to AWG systems in a timely manner.Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills for training, reporting, and interacting with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical personnel.Project Management Skills:
Experience managing technical aspects of projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Ability to work independently in remote or challenging environments.Safety and Compliance:
Knowledge of safety regulations, environmental standards, and compliance requirements for water generation systems.
Hands-on experience with health and safety protocols during equipment installation and maintenance.Team Collaboration:
Ability to work collaboratively with engineering teams, clients, and local partners.
Experience in training and mentoring local technical staff is a plus.Preferred Experience:7+ years of experience working with water generation systems, HVAC, or large-scale mechanical installations.
They added the advantage if experience with renewable energy sources, such as solar or wind, and their integration with AWG systems.
Knowledge of sustainable development practices and experience with SDG 2030 goals is an advantage.
Should be with a valid Driving License in UAE
Education:Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related technical field certificate.
Preferred : Certifications in HVAC, water treatment, or renewable energy systems are a plus.Working Conditions:Willingness to travel frequently to deployment sites, which may be in remote or challenging environments.
Ability to work in variable weather conditions, particularly in drier or colder climates.
Flexibility to work outside of standard office hours when necessary for installations and urgent troubleshooting.
