KOTAK LIFE INSURANCE IS HIRING FOR

JOB POSITION-

• PJP for regular branch Presence, and Branch to know when to expect the Manager.
• Structured / Scheduled engagement with segmented levels - NLA/ Partners / MP & RDM / LMP & BM
• Sessions planned on Product / Claims / Motivation on Initiatives / Sharing updates on initiatives / Launching initiatives (all in presence of Branch Head/ if possible, by the branch Head)
• Tracking of Business branch wise / Manager wise / Meeting Numbers/ Supporting the Laggard Teams.
• Getting into Regional Forums / Branch Forums for sharing updates / Asking for Support & Taking care of issues or requirements raised for support.
• Helping create Branch & Outdoor activities and initiatives with managers and distribution
• Creating a Weekly Model Week pertaining to Synergy opportunity - Making sure it is being adhered to in branches (This is required as every day the manager cant be in all the branches, and we cant have branches wait for the manager to come for the PJP and do nothing till then), avg each of these managers will be managing 12 - 15 branches.
• Weekly Mailed updates to Branches / Region / His Hierarchy on Activities (Quantified) Target Vs Ach / Help items
• Look for Opportunity in doing sessions with inactive pool of the branch and getting them active as there is a big probability of the LA to be active with regular LI Products - This will be seen as a value addition by the Branch sales.
• Client calls with employees / distribution as and when required.
• To make sure all branches have sufficient danglers and marketing items on Health Maximiser.
• Health maximiser to be included in COP AND BOP activities at every branch.
