Designation: Business Manager - Health Agency

Location: New Delhi ( Karol Bagh )

Salary: Upto 5 LPA + Allowances and incentives

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handling a team of health Agents
• Develop an effective agency channel for assigned branch
• Managing the recruitment of Agents
• Sales & Business Development of health insurance products
• Handling strategic alliances and tie-ups with various channel partners
• To maintain profitability
• Analyzing health insurance business potential
• Arrange the product training programs and awareness session
• Achievement of overall sales targets.
• Execute sales promotional activities
• Must have exp in Health / General agency
• Have experience in Variable agency vertical

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Any Graduate from any stream
• Min. 1 years of experience in agency channel in insurance sector
• Good communication skill
