HR Manager - Generalist | Mg Road | 10-15 Years | 12-17 LPA
6 Days/ Week Working | Location: MG Road, BLR | Experience : Minimum 10-15 Years in HR
Education : MBA/MSW in HR | Languages : English & Kannada | Immediate Joiner Preferred

Responsibilities
Payroll & Employee Administration
- Maintain all necessary records/contracts/official documents of employees
- Employee appraisal function | Staff welfare | Conflict resolution
- Review Procurement, Travel, Conveyance, Communication
Record Maintenance
- Update, maintain employee benefits, employment status, similar records
- Maintain records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
- Termination paperwork & Exit interviews
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Process
- Human Resource planning based on the strategy
- Implement recruitment strategy in a cost effective manner | Manage full recruitment life cycle
- Conducting interviews, background and reference checks
- Induction programs/Orientation for new employees
- Co-ordinate with Administration/IT/ Finance team about new hires, joining dates/job profiles
Strategies and Policies
- Retain key employees | Strategize for motivation & recognition system
- Strategize knowledge management that leads to enhanced performance
- Creating rules and regulations under which an employee can access these benefits
Administrative function
Problem-solving
Communicate effectively with employees, members of HR team | Group presentations & meetings
Organisation
- Over 2 decades old | Big group - Into Real Estate, Hotels & other Businesses
- 200+ Employee strength
