Duties & Responsibilities: - Should able to understand business requirements, statutory/taxation requirements in the area of Finance and Accounting General Ledger, Accounts payble, Accounts receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank accounting, Taxation, Financial reporting, costing, Management reporting and do To be process mapping, Gap analysis, KDS finalization, custom development object identification /RICEF list
- Finalize requirement of each custom development object (RICEF object). Prepare and provide functional specification to Tehcnical team to carry out development
- Carry out functional configurations. Prepare test scripts. Do Unit testing and development testing.
- Identify integration scenarios, prepare Integration test script and do integration testing.
- Plan and provide training to Core team and users
- Manage Master data and cutover data migration /upload
- Provide post go live support for issues faced by users
Minimum Qualification: Graduate Commerce

- SAP Experience 3 to 5 yrs
- E2E Implementation project(s) At least 1 E2E implementation project handled independantly
- Team Handling Experience
- Degree- Post Graduate/MBA/CA
- Certifications SAP certification
- Domain experience 1 to 2 yrs
- Industry experience Real estate/ Construction / Infrastructure industry
- GST Implementation project(s) 1
- HANA Migration project(s) 1
- Roll-out project(s) NA
- Onsite Support project(s) NA
- Offshore Support project(s) NA
- Expereince of E2E onsite implementation project
- Ability to define orgstructure suiting buiness reporting and control requirements
- Ability to do process mapping, Gap analysis RICEF indentification, KDS finalization
- Ability to handle configurations, provide functional specifications for RICEF, testing and deliver desiged processes
- Ability to plan and handle data migration
- Ability to provide training and provide post go live support
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- Handling various categories & levels of customers
- Excellent analytical abilities, Good verbal & written communication, Presentation skills
- Team Working, Meticulous, Self-motivated & self starter
