Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Handle international customers via chat and call process.
  
• Assist clients with flight booking, rescheduling, cancellations, fare queries etc.
  
• Provide accurate travel information and suggest the best available fares.
  
• Convert customer inquiries into confirmed sales.
  
• Maintain high-quality communication and customer satisfaction.
  
• Achieve daily & monthly sales targets.
  
• Maintain records of interactions using internal CRM tools.

Preferred candidate profile

• Freshers are welcome ,.
  
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
  
• Comfortable with night shift for US/International customers.
  
• Basic computer knowledge & fast typing speed.
  
• Strong customer-handling & problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to learn quickly and work under target-based environment.
  
• Immediate joiners preferred.
