Sales Lead Employer of Record (EOR) Services
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
Experience: 8+ Years
Joining: Immediate

We are hiring an experienced Sales Lead with 8+ years in Employer of Record (EOR), HR Solutions, Staffing Sales, or PEO services. The ideal candidate will have a strong record in client acquisition, enterprise sales, and revenue growth, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

You will be responsible for:

Driving new client acquisition for EOR, global employment, and payroll solutions
Managing and expanding key accounts in India and APAC/international markets
Exceeding sales targets through effective pipeline and relationship management
Building trusted partnerships with HR, TA, CFOs, and Finance leaders

Key Skills & Requirements:

Proven experience in EOR Sales, Staffing Sales, or HR Tech Sales
Strong knowledge of international hiring, payroll compliance, and global mobility
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Minimum Graduate (any discipline)
Immediate joiner (0-15 days), based in Bangalore, and willing to travel
