Job Description

Dear Candidates,

Hiring for Deputy Manager Account Hybrid 2 days work from office at Kalyani Nagar Pune

Key Responsibilities:

1. Invoice Processing

2. Payment Processing

3. Vendor Management

4. Reconciliation

5. Compliance and Reporting

6. Expense Management

7. Documentation and Filing

8. Support to Finance Team

Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures.
Familiarity with accounting software - Tally Prime.
Good understanding of Indian tax regulations (GST, TDS).
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field (preferred).
2- 3 years of experience in an accounts payable role (or relevant finance/accounting roles).
Work Days Monday to Friday
Timing: 9.30am-6 pm
Location: Hybrid. 2 days work from office at Kalyani nagar Pune
