Job Overview
Were looking for a motivated Travel Sales Consultant to join our B2B team, focusing on building relationships with schools and educational institutions. Your role will be to promote and sell student educational tours that offer enriching travel experiences.
Role Overview
- Engage in field sales by building and managing B2B relationships with schools and educational institutions to promote student tours.
- Understand client requirements and plan customized educational travel packages.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals aligned with academic goals.
- Provide end-to-end client service to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Stay informed on industry trends and collaborate with internal teams to enhance offerings and execution.
- Frequent travel within assigned territory required for client visits and sales meetings.
Skills & Experience Required
- Experience: 1-3 years in B2B or field sales, preferably in travel, tourism, or education sectors.
- Sales Acumen: Strong consultative selling skills with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple clients and projects efficiently.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with educational travel products is a strong plus.
Education & Technical Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory.
- Passion for education and travel.
- Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and virtual communication platforms.
- Comfortable using social media for client engagement.
