Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Sourcing, screening & validation of profiles for Tech and Non-tech vertical
Calling and lining up candidates for interviews & follow-up.
Candidates are involved in end-to-end recruitment. Understanding clients requirements
Generating leads through reference. (We have portals too like Naukri and Monster)
Having telephonic discussions with candidates and evaluating their communication skills
Interview scheduling, follow-up, and coordination with clients.

Skills required:
Strong oral and written communication skills,
Must be capable of demonstrating problem-solving skills
Attentive listener
Confident while communicating
We hire candidates with Good attitude, Team player, Target driven, Career oriented, and Quick learner.

Shift Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Types:
Full-time, Full Time
Salary: 13,500.00 - 20,000.00 per month
