Job Description


Role & responsibilities


1. Responsible for training and process content development.

2. Providing Floor support to agents and providing other assistance as the Backup for the Team Leader


3. Report to TLs with the required report for performance management.


4. Guide individuals toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration.


5. Taking regular sessions briefing mentees on critical issues affecting the process


6. Contributing to offering recommendations for process product improvement to the Manager.


Required Candidate profile

  • Candidates college education is not mandatory.
  • Proficiency with chat software is an added advantage.
  • Should be willing to join immediately or have a noticed period of less than 15 days.
  • Should be willing to work in any night rotational shift.
  • Should be willing to do work from office.
  • Soft Skills
  • Should maintain clear and effective English communication with customers (Written).
  • Needs to demonstrate patience, especially during challenging situations.
  • Should be adaptable to different customer needs and scenarios.
  • Should be good at reading and understanding information accurately.
  • Needs to pay attention to customers' concerns and needs.
  • Needs to possess excellent customer interaction skills.
  • Basic PC Keyboarding skills, Basic knowledge of MS Excel, computer shortcuts.
  • Needs to be friendly, empathetic, and courteous in all chats with customers
