Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Source and screen both passive and potential candidates through various online channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Post and maintain, job vacancy and respective job descriptions on job sites and other recruitment platforms
  • Conduct interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Assess candidates relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Acquire and submit interview feedback for candidates
  • Conduct in-depth behavioral interviews via telephone and or video conference with all levels of candidates
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and potential contractors
  • Improve metrics for recruiting including pipeline numbers and offer accepts
  • Coordinate in on-boarding the candidate to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
  • Maintain candidate databases and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Background check verification of the candidates
  • Coordination for Campus Hiring

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT recruiting or a related field is a must
  • Strong understanding of IT terminologies and roles
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem -solving and decision making skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to details
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced , dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
