POSITION : Palliative Care - Nurse

Location : Mumbai & Navi Mumbai

Qualification : Bsc-Nursing, GNM (General Nurse Midwifery) Course

Job Objective &Description :

Coordination of patient care by palliative care team

Provide critical nursing support and education to palliative care patients and their informal caregivers in their homes/OPC through the palliative homecare team

Work as part of multi-disciplinary palliative care team in ensuring excellent patient care services and carrying out quality improvement initiatives

Liaise and assist with Doctor in symptom management

Maintenance of patient record pertaining to nursing issues

Maintenance of monthly record of patients visits and priority

Maintenance of medicine stock record

Assist counsellor in bereavement support of families
