Application Support @ Zakapps Software

Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and functionality of clients application. The primary role is to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain application to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L1 support to global users.

• Classification of reported incidents, taking approvals, assigning to L2/L3 support, follow up with the team until closure.

• Identify and communicate the problem areas based on the incoming incidents.

• Addressing questions or queries promptly and politely.

• Be a good communicator and good listener within the team.

• Quick Learner - Ability to coordinate with multiple teams.

• Good Presentation and communication skills.

• Support new personnel in software, programs and operational instructions.

Qualifications:

• Candidates should be comfortable working in 24*7 shifts.

• Candidates should have good analytical and communication skills.
