About the Role Associate Onboarding Consultant

Join our Onboarding Support team and be the friendly expert that helps new customers get started with Toast. Youll work behind the scenes to make sure their onboarding journey is smooth, supportive, and successful.

What Youll Do

Execute key onboarding tasks across teams using your product knowledge
Prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities while meeting SLAs
Collaborate globally to troubleshoot and support product updates
Communicate effectively with onsite and remote teams
Continuously improve processes and seek out learning opportunities
Use tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, JIRA, and Asana

What Were Looking For

36 years of experience in customer service or operational support
Strong Excel skills + proficiency in Google Workspace
Willingness to work in rotational shifts,night shifts(UK/US Shifts)(2PM - 11 PM or 6PM - 3AM)
Excellent communicationboth verbal and written
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
A quick learner and a great team player
