Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Pimcore Developer with strong expertise in PHP, MySQL, and Symfony.
You will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining digital platforms using Pimcore for content, data, and commerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize solutions on the Pimcore platform (PIM, DAM, CMS, eCommerce modules).
  
• Build robust backend services using PHP and Symfony framework.
  
• Design and manage MySQL databases, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
  
• Develop APIs (RESTful and GraphQL) to integrate with third-party systems.
  
• Implement data modeling, workflows, and user interfaces in Pimcore.
  
• Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and project managers to deliver seamless solutions.
  
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance and scalability.
  
• Stay updated with new Pimcore versions, Symfony upgrades, and industry trends.
  

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 36 years of experience in PHP development.
  
• Strong working knowledge of Pimcore (v5 or above preferred).
  
• Proficient in Symfony (at least Symfony 4/5 versions).
  
• Solid understanding of MySQL database design and optimization.
  
• Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and JSON/XML data handling.
  
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
  
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and MVC architecture.
  
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a bonus.
  
• Good communication and documentation skills.
