Job Description

Provide day2day support for the Fiserv Signature platform, responding to issues, troubleshooting, & resolving technical problems efficiently.Collaborate with clients &internal teams to analyze, configure, and implement solutions on the Fiserv SP.

Required Candidate profile

Assist in system upgrades, patches & maintenance activities to ensure the platform remains secure & up to date. detailed investigations to identify root causes of issues &propose effective solutions
