Job Description

Ensure to generate more sales lead, new customer on board, attend corporate tender, develop new sales/trade line, sales visit and prepare report and analysis
Achieve Branch Target, Customers visit, customer retention, generate more GP, increase a greater number of direct customers.
Ensure branch o/s under agreed credit period
Negotiate rate with liners, vendors etc.
Develop juniors for next managers, develop team to get more output
Proper communication with colleague, customers and all other vendors
Compile and monitor approved company sales budgets, marketing Plans for different Trade Lanes/ Services
