Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
  • Provide excellent communication skills to customers through verbal and written means.
  • Work in an inbound voice process environment where you will be handling multiple calls simultaneously.
  • Utilize blended processing techniques to manage both domestic and international customer support operations.
  • Possess strong knowledge of banking processes and procedures.

Shifts


  • 24*7 Rotational shifts

Working Days


  • 5 working days,2 rotational offs

Rounds of Interview


  • HR Screening ,Operation Round ,Versant Test ,Client round
