Job Description

Sending notification on update received from Principals / Lines like BAF, CAF etc.
Product knowledge about sea and air import and export, fcl ,lcl .
Preparing quotations and sending it to customers.
Meeting queries raised by the customers
Identify new customers / opportunities and direct sales efforts in that direction
Active sales with Key Accounts and big customers.
Follow-up on the telemarketing leads by Customer Service
Expansion of the customer spread and new customer creation
