Responsibilities:

Assist students in identifying their educational and career objectives and provide personalized guidance on suitable international study options.
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students and their families to understand their aspirations, academic background, and preferences.
Stay up-to-date with the latest information about universities, courses, admission requirements, and visa processes for various study destinations.
Provide comprehensive information about study programs, scholarship opportunities, and educational pathways in different countries.
Guide students through the application process, including preparing necessary documents, filling out application forms, and meeting deadlines.
Liaise with universities and educational institutions to ensure accurate information is provided and to expedite the application process.
Assist students in preparing for standardized tests such as IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, and GMAT.
Maintain records of student interactions and updates in the CRM system.
Collaborate with colleagues to organize seminars, workshops, and informational events to promote the consultancy's services.
Stay informed about changes in immigration and visa regulations to provide accurate guidance to students.
Continuously improve counseling skills and knowledge through professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in education counseling, preferably in an overseas education consultancy setting.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
Strong understanding of international education systems, study destinations, and admission processes.
Familiarity with various standardized tests such as IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, and GMAT.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple student cases simultaneously.
Cultural sensitivity and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and online communication tools.
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
