    International Sales Manager (US B2B Clients)

    Position Overview:

     We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Sales Manager to drive our B2B sales operations for US-based clients (US markets).

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing B2B deals with US companies, building and managing sales teams, and delivering consistent revenue growth.

    This role is based in Hyderabad or Noida, India, with the requirement to work US EST/PST hours.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve international sales targets and expand our US customer base (US markets).
    • Identify, recruit, train, and manage a high-performing international sales team.
    • Generate leads, qualify prospects, present solutions, and close sales with US B2B clients (US markets).
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients across international markets (US markets).
    • Create sales forecasts, reports, and CRM updates regularly.
    • Conduct regular team training sessions on international sales strategies, objection handling, and CRM usage.
    • Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to refine lead generation and sales processes for the US market (US markets).

     

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience selling to US B2B clients (US markets).
    • At least 2 years of experience hiring, training, and leading a sales team.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding international sales quotas.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar.
    • Ability to work US EST/PST hours.
    • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

     

    Work Location:

     Hyderabad or Noida (India) Must be able to work US EST/PST hours.
