Talent Acquisition Leadership Hiring (Non-IT)

Focus: Sales, Presales, Marketing, and Account Management roles


Roles & Responsibilities:


Leadership Hiring Strategy & Execution:

  1. End-to-End Leadership Hiring: Lead the full cycle of recruitment for senior and leadership-level roles in Sales, Presales, Marketing, and Account Management across global geographies.
  2. Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with department heads and executive leadership to understand business goals, develop role briefs, and define the ideal leadership profiles.
  3. Market Mapping & Head Hunting: Develop strong market intelligence and mapping capabilities to identify and approach high-potential leadership candidates within the industry.
  4. Employer Branding: Represent C Ahead as a preferred employer brand in the non-IT leadership space by developing targeted engagement strategies for top-tier talent.
  5. Assessment & Shortlisting: Evaluate leadership talent based on both skill fit and cultural alignment, using structured interview methods and executive-level assessments.
  6. Offer & Negotiation Management: Manage the end-to-end offer process, including C-level salary negotiations, ensuring smooth and timely closures.

Team & Process Leadership:

  1. Recruitment Team Oversight: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists, ensuring alignment to best practices in executive and non-tech hiring.
  2. Process Excellence: Standardize and streamline hiring processes for non-IT leadership roles, incorporating metrics-driven decision-making and recruitment analytics.
  3. Talent Pipeline Creation: Build and nurture a strong bench of future leaders through continuous networking, executive connects, and referral programs.

Stakeholder Reporting & Governance:


  1. Reporting & Insights: Present regular hiring dashboards and strategic insights to the leadership team, showcasing pipeline progress, challenges, and hiring forecasts.
  2. Compliance & Confidentiality: Maintain high standards of discretion and compliance in handling sensitive leadership mandates and confidential candidate information.

Qualifications:


  • Experience: 59 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on leadership hiring in Non-IT domains such as Sales, Marketing, Presales, and Account Management.
  • Leadership Exposure: Proven success in hiring mid to senior-level leadership across geographies, especially in client-facing or revenue-generating functions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of business functions like GTM (Go-To-Market), enterprise sales, partner ecosystem, and solution-oriented selling.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong experience collaborating with business heads, CXOs, and cross-functional leaders.
  • Tools: Proficiency in recruitment platforms, ATS, LinkedIn Talent Solutions, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards.
  • Global Mindset: Exposure to hiring across regions like the USA, Africa, the Middle East, and APAC is highly preferred.
  • Core Values: Demonstrate belief in and practice of company Core Values, cultural pillars & founders mentality.
