Payroll Process, including salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
Maintain accurate payroll records and employee information.
Monthly Reconciliation of Gross pay, Net Pay with Tally & Register.
Ensure compliance like, PF,PT, ESIC& Income tax
Address employee queries related to payroll & Compliances, benefits, and deductions.
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to manage payroll data and reporting.
Generate payroll reports for management and auditors.
Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax laws.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Good Knowledge of Accounting in Tally.
Labour Compliance audit management with our Clients,
Should have Knowledge of all the labour compliance related forms Like: Form T, Form XIII, Form U, Form D ,Form F etc.
