Job Title: Zonal Sales Manager, GT Experience: 10+

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Develop sales plan and strategies to increase market penetration within region.

2. Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region.

3. Set the vision for the region and develop and adheres to a business plan to attain the company mission.

4. Evaluate market trends in the general trade and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.

5.Managing a sales team to maximise sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals for

General Trade.

6. Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction

7. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to general trade market. 8. Allocating areas to Sales Representatives 

9. Developing sales strategies and setting targets within the region with the team.

10. Monitoring the allocated teams performance and motivating them to reach targets.

 

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Proven experience in meeting sales goals.

2. Strong Relationship building skills

3. Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.

4. Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales role.

We have an opening for the position of Zonal Sales Manager. Position: Zonal Sales Manager Base Location: Delhi /NCR Area Cover: North India.

Experience Required: 10+ yrs Salary Budget: upto 24 LPA (Depends on your last Salary and interview)

Also, Note:

1- The candidates must be from FMCG and GT backgrounds. No MT Profiles will be accepted.

2- The candidates must be comfortable with traveling.

3- The candidates must be proactive and groomed.

4- They should have apt knowledge about our organization/FMCG products/relevant market areas, etc.
