Job Description

We are HIRING Business Development Manager for one of our clients - a Social Organization that is providing free training in bamboo handicrafts to tribal women so that they can have a respectable mode of employment to be stationed at Vasai Virar, Maharashtra.

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with overseas business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and demonstrate the ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

• To achieve sales targets set by management.
• Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understand customer needs, identify market trends, and recommend system improvements to support marketing initiatives of the organization.
• Implementation of new marketing and advertising schemes.
• Coordinate with HR Department for Recruitment, Training, Scheduling Training, and Managing Marketing and Sales Team to meet Sales and Marketing Objectives.
• Develop and retain relationships with essential customers by visiting regularly, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
• As per requirement recruit and train sales employees.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.

Required Skills:

• 1. Similar Industry Experience is a must.
• Word & Excel - Computer Knowledge.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
• Graduate in Sales and marketing preferred
• Experience in management may be advantageous.
• Must have working exposure in the Logistics/Package/Freight Delivery/Courier/SCM industry.
