Job Description

 

Greeting of the day,

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Front Desk Operations:
    • Greet visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and friendly demeanor.
    • Direct visitors to appropriate individuals or meeting rooms and assist with any inquiries.
  2. Telephone and Email Communication:
    • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, routing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
    • Respond to general inquiries via email, directing them to the relevant parties or providing information as needed.
  3. Administrative Support:
    • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
    • Maintain and update appointment calendars and conference room reservations.
  4. Visitor Management:
    • Register and sign in visitors, issue visitor badges, and maintain a log of visitor information.
    • Ensure compliance with security protocols and maintain a secure and organized reception area.
  5. Mail and Package Handling:
    • Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
    • Coordinate outgoing mail and courier services as required.
  6. Office Supplies and Inventory:
    • Monitor and maintain office supplies, restocking as needed.
    • Maintain an organized inventory of office supplies and request replenishments as necessary.
  7. Communication Coordination:
    • Relay messages accurately and promptly to employees and departments.
    • Assist in disseminating important announcements and information to staff.
  8. Filing and Documentation:
    • Organize and maintain files, records, and documents in physical and electronic formats.
    • Assist in keeping the reception area neat and organized.
  9. Customer Service:
    • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and requests courteously and promptly.
    • Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate as necessary.
  10. Multitasking and Adaptability:
    • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Friendly and welcoming demeanor, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment, including phones, computers, and printers.
  • Basic knowledge of office software, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail in managing administrative tasks.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Customer service-oriented attitude with the ability to handle diverse interactions.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to varying tasks and responsibilities.
  • Previous receptionist or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.

2 years of Bond

  • Need to submit Original degree certificate of highest education  and
  • Cheque of 2 Salary or 1 Lakh, which is more

 

OR

 

  • Will deduct  20% of Salary for 6 months and will back after 2 years
