Job Description:

1. Get briefing from the Project Manager/Engineer about the duties to be performed.
2. Understand the technical aspects of duties to be performed, depending upon site requirements.
3. Periodic maintenance of the facility as per the requirements of clients.
4. Manning of facility if the customer requires it.
5. Periodic reporting of site condition to the Coordinator and Service Manager.
6. Keep in regular contact with the customer to understand his future requirements and inform the Service Manager.
7. Understand the pain points in the system and take anticipatory actions to avoid failures/break downs.
8. Carry out preventive maintenance of the system periodically.
9. Establish excellent rapport with customers to develop future business.
