Job Summary:
This role is primarily accountable for designing and implementing developmental interventions towards shaping the growth and success of our leaders. The incumbent must have a deep understanding of leadership principles, a passion for talent development, the ability to design and implement impactful leadership programs and work collaboratively with senior leadership, with cross-functional teams, executives, and HR professionals to create and execute initiatives that strengthen soft skill and leadership capability in the organization.
Job Responsibilities
Academic qualification PG in Psychology or HR (Tier 1 or 2 B School)
Work Experience 7 - 8 years at least. He/She should have significant experience in working in a corporate/head office.
Must be currently based in Mumbai
Industry experience in order of preference NBFC, Banking, Insurance/AMC, Telecom, Pharma/FMCG
Should have extensive experience in Leadership Development, Talent Management.
