Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Welcome, identify and address patients at the entrance in a professional manner.
- Help patients in registering/ billing / escort the Cash & TPA patients to service areas.
- Escort and assist patients requiring special attention
- Accompany patients throughout their hospital stay.
- Coordinate patient movement between different departments like radiology, lab, pharmacy, billing, discharge etc.
- Assist patients in getting further treatment and admission as advised by the treating doctor.
- Be available and accessible on mobile phone as a single point of contact for assigned patients.
- Follow up with patients and staff to ensure that all queries and processes are resolved in a timely manner.
- Collect feedback from patients & escalate report to customer care supervisor for taking corrective measures.
- Be an ambassador for the NH culture and ensure that patients receive a world class customer experience in our hospital
