Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions, including case management, employee portals, and workflows.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow modules to meet HR operational requirements, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain scripts, integrations (REST/SOAP), and automation workflows to enhance platform functionality.
• Collaborate with HR teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver user-centric solutions.
• Ensure compliance with best practices, conduct platform upgrades, and provide technical support and documentation
