Job Description

• Should have technical knowledge of entire Oracle EBusiness suite of Products (11i andR12).
• Should have Product knowledge of most of the Oracle CRM (especially in CRM Foundation , Teleservice , Installed Base , Service Contract , Telesales , Customer Hub) Modules.
• Should have very good knowledge on Coding , Debugging , Design and reviews.
• Should have experience in at least two five Projects (Implementations or Roll Outsor Upgrade , Maintenance / Support Engagements in preferably Telecom Industry.
• Should have knowledge of Life Cycle of Roll Outs , Implementations , Upgrades or Support Engagements.
• Should have extensive knowledge on RICEW components and application of SDLCs to RICE components.
• Should have Very Good knowledge on Data migrations , Forms , Reports , BI publisher , Knowledge of OAF and Workflow is a Plus.
