Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities


1. Sales Target Achievement:

a. Promote and sell the company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare

professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.

b. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the

company.

c. Regularly meet with healthcare professionals to detail product information,

benefits, and address any concerns.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

a. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with doctors,

pharmacists, and other stakeholders.

b. We regularly visit healthcare professionals to promote new and existing

products.

c. Act as a point of contact for customer queries, product information, and

feedback.

3. Product Promotion:

a. Provide accurate information to doctors and pharmacists regarding

pharmaceutical products, including benefits, usage, and side effects.

b. Effectively communicate the companys product features and scientific

data to influence prescription practices.

c. Organize and participate in doctor meetings, CMEs (Continuing Medical

Education), and other promotional activities.

4. Market Research & Intelligence:

a. Gather and report information on competitor products and market trends in

the assigned territory.

b. Provide feedback to the marketing and sales team on customer

preferences, product performance, and competitor activities.

c. Identify new opportunities to grow the companys product range in the

market.

5. Territory Management:

a. Plan and execute daily call schedules to meet healthcare professionals

and promote the company's products.

b. Ensure effective territory coverage by regularly visiting all potential

customers as per the companys guidelines.

c. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer visits, product

orders, and follow-ups.

6. Compliance & Reporting:

a. Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in

all promotional activities.

b. Maintain detailed records of all interactions with healthcare professionals,

including feedback and follow-ups.

c. Submit regular reports on sales activities, product promotion efforts, and

territory performance to the Area Sales Manager.
