We are currently seeking a candidate for the below position at a SaaS-enabled steel trading company located in the NCR/Bangalore region.

Position: Head of Supplier Relations   The company is the most technologically advanced company on the Russian metal trading market) is changing the metal trading market in India and bringing it to an online format: we simplify the purchase and sale of metal, making it more profitable for buyers and sellers of metal products.   This international scaling of the idea requires the creation of a Commercial Department in India to achieve sales KPIs and organize a seamless management process between Indian Suppliers, NBFCs and end customers.   We are looking for an experienced and ambitious professional who has significant commercial experience in the metal trade on Indian market, has built a suppliers collaboration team from scratch and is still open to new career challenges and discoveries!   Responsibility: - Signing of agency agreements with suppliers - Assortment matrix, level of assortment coverage (width and depth) - Pricing (negotiating the reasonable pricing for our customers on the platform) - Demand Satisfaction (making sure that the deal happens)   Functionality: - Organizing the work of the supplier department - Determination of KPI indicators of the team - Building relationships with suppliers - Definition of assortment matrix by regions - Organization of the work of suppliers on the quality of customer service , the speed of invoicing, the relevance of prices and balances, handling complaints   Position Requirements 1. High level of negotiation skills 2. Knowledge of methods for analyzing the assortment matrix 3. Experience in B2B Procurement or Sales 4. Team management experience 5. Knowledge of pricing strategies 6.
