Job Description

Planning of trucks for dispatch of PPC, PCC and PSC Cement by road as per Target.

Managing freight Survey & being Part of Finalizing Primary & Secondary Freight.

Supervise preparation & control of excise documents & reports in relation to cement Dispatch by Road.

New transporters appointment for enhancing and smooth operation of Logistics.

Managing transporters for timely placement of vehicle (In-ward/Out-ward). 

Maintaining follow up & ensuring timely deliveries to the customer by coordinating with transporters.

Strategist and implement long term business goals to ensure profitability in line with organizational objectives with the team.

Successfully introducing and promoting new products in the region. Proficient in strategy building for new product launch, product positioning and brand management by developing strong relationships with key decision makers.

Comprehensive understanding of the complex systems of inventories, delivery times, costs, and personnel management.

Raw material warehouse handling, material issuance on production line.

Ensure no production loss due to Material shortages.

Logistics Cost control, Monthly, weekly performance review.

Ensuring the timely delivery of customer deliveries and orders.

Financial understanding of budgets, cost control and financial levers.

Check transportation freights and bill processing.

Writing up accurate reports for senior managers on any losses and gains.

Overseeing the safe receipt, storage of incoming items.

Meeting productivity targets and monitoring performance.

Ensuring security arrangements are in place.

Ensuring products are stocked correctly and safely.

Liquidation of SLOB Inventory,

Producing regular reports & statistics on Daily, Weekly & monthly basis
