Testing Engineer for PDU @ Sahana Information

Job Description

We have an opportunity in USA based company in Bangalore Aerospace park, [near Airport, Devanahalli Yelahanka, Bangalore.]

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Implement test system for mass production, including PDU level and PCBA level. Response for firmware, hardware testing and automatic test equipment maintenance. Generate test report to assure product quality on product functional specifications, Co-Ordinate with Test Developer and understand test plan (PDU and PCBA) to assure product quality with Design Engineer by reference product Specification and design standard

Competencies: 

• Debug hardware for test systems.
•  Develop and maintain Automatic test equipment software for product final test
•  An understanding of the interaction between hardware and firmware/software in an embedded control system and a familiarity with TCP/IP, serial, I2C, EEPROM etc. based communications is also required
•  Troubleshooting UUT defects, review.

Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:

• 3+ years experience in automatic or product test.
•  Diploma/ BE in Electrical /Electronics, or related
•  CAD, EPLAN or other drawing software proficiency.
•  Good understanding of Internet protocols and field bus protocols
•  PC software proficiency (Excel, Word).
•  Software background preferable (not mandatory.).
•  White/Black box test of firmware/software experience is plus.
•  Any automatic test script language like LabVIEW, C#, Python skills is plus.
•  Electronic and Electrical experience is plus.
•  Excellent English written and verbal communication
•  Candidate must have practical experience in LabVIEW at least 3 to 4 years. Work experience in PDU is added advantage.
