Job Description

    Position Overview

    Duration: 6 months (with potential for full-time conversion)
    Type: Paid Internship
    Compensation: Stipend provided


    About the Role

    We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled intern to join our team in a dual-capacity role focused on software application testing and customer onboarding. This position offers hands-on experience in quality assurance, user training, and customer success while working with cutting-edge web and mobile applications.

    The right candidate will have the opportunity to be absorbed into a full-time position upon successful completion of the internship program.


    Key Responsibilities

    Software Testing & Quality Assurance

    • Conduct comprehensive testing of web and mobile applications

    • Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing

    • Execute database and data flow testing to ensure data integrity

    • Identify, document, and track bugs and issues

    • Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects

    Customer Onboarding & Training

    • Onboard new users and customers to the application

    • Conduct training sessions and create user documentation

    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to end customers

    • Gather user feedback and communicate insights to the product team

    AI & Innovation

    • Craft precise and effective prompts for Generative AI tools

    • Leverage AI technologies to enhance testing and onboarding processes

    • Stay updated on emerging AI trends and applications


    Required Qualifications

    Educational Background

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Artificial Intelligence (Engineering)

    • Currently pursuing final year or recently graduated

    Technical Skills

    • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies

    • Experience with web and mobile application testing

    • Proficiency in database concepts and data flow analysis

    • Analytical mindset with attention to detail

    • Familiarity with application development principles

    • Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and prompt engineering

    Soft Skills

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills

    • Proactive, self-driven, and takes initiative

    • Continuous learner with a growth mindset
