Hiring Freshers Customer Support Executive (Inbound)

 

We are a leading recruitment firm specializing in placing candidates in top BPO and customer support roles.  This if for our KPO Client based in Bangalore.

 

• Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
• Salary: 17,000/month, will be revised after Six Months
• Provident Fund: Yes Applicable
• Incentives: Performance-based incentives
• Shift: Day Shift (6 working days)
• Timing: Shifts starting from 9:00am to 7:30pm (Female) and 10:30am to 9:30pm (Male) 9 hrs working including 1hr break.
• Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory)
• Languages Required: Fluent in English & Hindi (Mandatory)
• Experience: Freshers Welcome

 

Job Description:

• As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls to assist customers with their queries.
• To Provide voice support to customers from all over India and across the globe.
• Providing information about products and services
• Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Documenting interactions and feedback
