Tele Collections role:-

Job Title: Tele Collections Executive

Location: Bellandur

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: Fresher to 1 year (up to 20k experience candidates can apply)

Salary: 18000 - 20,000 in-hand per month

Working Days: 6 working days, 1 rotational off day

Language: English, Hindi, Tamil (proficiency required)

Job Description:

We're looking for a motivated Tele Collections Executive to join our team! As a Tele Collections Executive, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, resolving queries, and collecting payments.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers for collections and follow-ups

- Resolve customer queries and concerns in a professional manner

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

- Work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team

Requirements:

- Any graduate (fresher welcome)

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Tamil

- Basic computer knowledge

- Willingness to work in a 6-day week with rotational off
