Job Purpose
Manage enterprise sales pan India for protection plan and maintenance services for digital product categories like laptop and tablets
Increase sales by achieving targets, anticipating future trend, building category, establishing strong relationship with customers.
Plan and execute promotional activities to generate new business and provide account management services to existing customers
Responsibilities
Develop business plan for enterprise sales, forecast demand and meet targets
Source leads and following up on them for conversion
Conduct market research to understand customer demands
Plan and execute of promotional activities to increase sales revenue
Anticipate future trends and develop category/catalogue strategies accordingly
Handle sales budgets effectively
Liaise with operations, marketing, technology and other departments, as and when required, to meet business
requirements
Provide account management services to customers
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in business development and account management roles for B2B clients
Handled Enterprise business especially in selling digital devices and/or protection plans
Experience of working with start-ups, MSME clients and developing solutions to meet client requirements
Experience in selling software, hardware like laptop/tablets/servers, System integration solutions, tech solutions like sales force automation, finance automation, Customer service solution, Other cloud solutions etc.
Go-getter attitude, ability to work with limited guidance and execute deals end to end Understanding of technology and service business is added advantage. Effective communication and positive & solution-oriented approach
5-10 years of experience. Qualification: MBA (Marketing) or a relevant degree
