Job Title: Sales Executive - Education Loan

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and help drive the promotion and sales of our Education Loan products. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in building relationships with potential clients (students and parents) and educating them about our loan offerings to help them achieve their educational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Reach out to students, parents, and educational institutions to present and sell our education loan products.
Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of the education loan product offerings to effectively communicate the benefits and features to clients.
Sales Pitch: Conduct presentations and consultations with potential clients, ensuring they understand the loan application process, terms, and benefits.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, assisting them through the loan application process.
Lead Generation: Identify and follow up on leads through various channels such as cold calling, referrals, and networking.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, loan status, and conversion details. Ensure timely and accurate documentation for all loans.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the internal teams (such as underwriting and documentation) to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
Customer Support: Address customer queries and concerns regarding the loan process, eligibility, repayment options, etc.
Key Requirements:
Education: A minimum of a Bachelors degree in any discipline.
Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in sales or financial products is a plus.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial products in simple terms.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions through education loan products.
Self-Motivation: Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with using CRM tools and MS Office suite to manage leads and reports.
Team Player: Ability to work well within a team and cross-functionally with different departments.
