Looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Quant Trader role (MFT / LFT Desk) Qualification & Background: 1. You will be joining our team of highly passionate individuals on the Equity / Commodity desk, and help build a cutting-edge trading platform. 2. In-depth understanding of option greeks and option pricing models, strong mathematical skills, good understanding of probability and statistics, signal processing and related fields 3. Excellent programming skills in either Python or C/C++/C# 4. Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics & Computing, Statistics, Engineering - Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical only from IITs/ISI/NITs 5. 2-5 years prior experience in developing and deploying a high/mid/low frequency trading strategy is an added advantage. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Research and implement mid and low frequency quantitative trading strategies 2. Work along with senior strategists and portfolio managers, and back-test various ideas and trading strategies targeting high risk-adjusted returns 3. Implement models in live trading environment 4. Improve execution logic, analyze slippages and impact costs, and finding ways to improve P/L We are looking for experienced, talented, well-rounded and competitive individuals who can contribute to collective learning processes.
