Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of strong experience in IT recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully hiring for technical roles such as Data Engineer, AI Developer, Fullstack Developer, and Power BI Developer. The role demands expertise in both Permanent Placements and Contract Staffing, along with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
Skills & Qualification:
- Experience: 2-4 years of IT recruitment experience, preferably in both Permanent Placements and Contract Staffing.
- Strong experience in End to End Recruitment.
- Tools & Platforms: Expertise in using Naukri and also hands-on experience in sourcing through Linkedin and other Social media platforms.
- Hands-on experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) will be an added advantage.
- Very good communication skills.
- Has the ability to understand the Job description clearly.
- Keep up-to-date with latest industry trends to ensure candidates can be evaluated against industry standard assessments.
- Build candidates Database and keep updating the database and records on daily basis.
- Should be very good in following-up with the candidates during interview process as well as during the selection process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, source, and screen candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, and other sourcing channels as per the Job description.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
- Collaborate with Team Leads to understand job requirements and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Conduct pre-screening and interviews to evaluate technical fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Achieve recruitment targets and ensure a quick turnaround time for closures.
