Business Analyst :

Looking for a technical BA who can work in an agile set up for a complex technical and agile environment, very good in client communication and able to set up client relationship.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Independently understand and document business and technical requirements.
• Suggest various approaches to client based on already available blueprints and components in the repository
• Work closely with client and team and win their trust
• Convert business requirement into AEM technical requirements - map with components, features etc.
• Identify need for AEM developments, integrations with various systems etc.
• Drive estimations with architects, client product owners.
• Experience in agile with systems like Jira or ADO for documentations of features, stories etc.

Preferred skills:

• Must have: Actual AEM business analysis hands on experience for 4+ years. AEM high level technical understanding is needed. Prior knowledge in AEM OOTB features, components etc. needed
• Must have atleast 3+ years of experience in business analysis in agile set up.
• Good to have: AEM certifications from Adobe
• Preferably experience with AEMaaCS (AEM as a cloud service) or AEM 6.5
• Very good analytical skills and critical thinking ability
• Very good communication and articulation skills
