Job Description

1. Programme Scheduling, Reports & Feedback

·         Schedule the sessions in coordination with sales team

·         Communicate the schedule to all concerned department on time

·         Adhere the standard operating procedures for session booking (Ex:-Check the educators eligibility, weather prediction)

·         Resource person timetable updation manual/online

·         Organisation record updation

·         Session Delivery Sheet updation and maintaining Club & Workshops schedule, school files

·         Attendance sheet preparation for offline programme, participation record

·         Session Tracking, Pending and cancellation Report

·         Submit month end report to HOD on the last day of every month

·         Session photographs and content uploading at drive

·         Keep records of Participants enrolled in Space Clubs including their name, class, section, contact nos., Address, students & parents’ email-ids, Parents name

·         Keep records of Schools (year wise), updation through marketing

2. Courier despatching & letters mailing

·         Letters printing & despatching of courier of all the department

·         Maintain records of couriers

·         Clearence of bill of courier

·         Labelling of addresses that pasted on envelopes
