 Inside Sales Manager

Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building relationships, and closing sales over the phone, email, and online platforms. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research, LinkedIn, calls, and online channels.
  • Sales Presentations: Present and promote services to prospective customers via phone, email, or virtual meetings.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs set by the company.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Market Feedback: Provide feedback to the management team about customer preferences and market trends.
  • Experience in selling RE services and Data services will be an added advantage

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
    • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
  • Attitude: Self-driven, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
